Sign up as a restaurant, confirm your email, and complete your restaurant profile: name, location, cuisine, photos and a short description. You can then publish internships.
From your dashboard, open Internships and create a new one. Describe the role, dates, pay, accommodation and visa support. Save it as a draft or publish it straight away.
Yes. You can publish, pause, close, reopen and duplicate internships at any time. Paused and closed listings stop accepting new applications.
Open Applications in your dashboard. Each application shows the candidate's profile, CV and message. Move candidates through Shortlisted, Interview and Offer, or mark them as Not selected — the candidate is notified at each step.
Open their application and choose Message. Conversations only exist between a restaurant and the candidates who applied to it.
Only when your profile links to your restaurant's page on guide.michelin.com, or after the Commis team verifies your status. Commis is independent and not affiliated with the Michelin Guide.
